Private work is at the clinicans discretion. 

There are some services that are not covered by the NHS contract and therefor are chargeable to patients. 

These include some of the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Letters about taking medication abroad
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

 All requests must be put in writing.

Requests, NHS clinical work takes priority. The required fee must be paid prior to issue/collection.
